Unfortunately, due to our proximity to the dunes fires with naked flames are not permitted. Charcoal and gas BBQ’s are allowed so long as they are off the ground. Please do not dispose of hot or cold coals anywhere near your pitch.
There is no charge for these so long as they fit on your pitch and they don’t go on to the adjacent pitch.
You will need a long camping lead. We’d recommend a 25m lead but a 15 meter lead should work on most of our pitches it just depends on which side of your unit you run your lead to.
Please note we do not rent or sell electrical leads so be sure to purchase one before your holiday.
Here are some things to look out for when purchasing a lead
Total protection with built – in RCD (residual current device)
Extra protection with built in circuit breaker
IP44 dust & splash proof
Three UK 3 pin sockets
Minimum 15 metre connection lead included

A maximum of two dogs per family. If you have your dog on a long leash on your pitch it must not let the dog go further than the edge of your pitch.

Please check the dimensions of your tent on the manufactures website. Our average grass pitch is 8M wide x 10M long. This should be ample space to fit a large family tent and also park your car. If you have an unusually large tent or an odd shaped tent we have a limited number of large pitches available or alternatively you can park your car in the carpark. The cost for this is €5 per day and is subject to availability.
During peak times, sites are allocated between 11am and 1pm once pitches become available so it’s not possible to choose. On arrival you are brought down to your pitch by a member of staff. Please note that if you move to any other pitch other than the one allocated to you, you will have to move your unit to your allocated pitch.
If you have added a note on your booking with your friends booking reference we will do our best to get you in the same area as them. Please note there is no guarantee of this during peak season.
Commercial vehicles are not permitted in the camping area. If you are towing a caravan with a commercial vehicle it will be able to drop your unit to your pitch but it will have to park in our main car park. Parking is €5 per day and subject to availability.
